The open plan living space at 1 Higher Farm is vast and beautifully decorated. The stylish kitchen has tiled floors, soft blue cupboards and crisp white work tops. Here you have everything you need for preparing and enjoying holiday meals with friends and family. You can gather round the large wooden dining table that sits elegantly beneath high ceilings with feature lights dropping down from above.
A log burner sits between the dining area and lounge providing warmth for cosy evenings in. Beautifully textured sofas sit on the wooden floor of the lounge, providing plenty of space for rest and relaxation. You can even open up the full length glass doors to the patio and let the soft breeze flow in. This is the ideal set up for entertaining whether you are hosting evening drinks or a summer barbecue.
1 Higher Farm has four beautiful bedrooms. All are light and bright with a calming coastal colour palette. Built-in furniture provides all the space you need to unpack and make the space a real Cornish home from home. A beautiful wooden staircase winds up to a spacious master bedroom. This softly carpeted room has crisp white walls and an angled ceiling. The sumptuous en-suite provides the ideal space from which to unwind after a day on the sand and in the surf with a hot shower or bubble bath.
The property has fantastic outdoor spaces which are both sheltered and private. Whether you fancy sunbathing on the soft grass of the sheltered south facing lawn or enjoying barbecue in the courtyard, you can make the most of the Cornish sun and sea air here. You can even carry on the beach vibe and relax on the beautiful wooden and sail cloth deck chairs.
With a state of the art ground source heat pump and 100% renewable electricity, you can holiday, safe in the knowledge that your stay at 1 Higher Farm is carbon neutral and will leave no footprint on the planet.
1 Higher Farm can be let in conjunction with Appleby, just two doors down. The two properties combined can sleep up to 18 guests.

- Bedroom one (master) is located on the first floor and has a super-king bed (zip and link), built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, Smart TV and a large en-suite with walk-in rainfall shower and bath (with shower fixture).
- Bedroom two has twin beds (zip and link to make super-king), built-in wardrobe with dressing table and garden views.
- Bedroom three has a super-king bed (zip and link), built-in wardrobe with dressing table, Smart TV, sofa and garden views.
- Bedroom four has a super-king bed (zip and link), double built-in wardrobe with dressing table, doors that open up to the patio and en-suite with rainfall shower.

- Well equipped kitchen with built in double oven, electric hob with extractor, double sink, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and Nespresso machine (please bring capsules).

Accessibility
There is parking directly outside the house on a hard, paved surface. There is a small lip to the front door frame. The living spaces and a shower room with WC are located on the ground floor. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor which includes one with an en-suite. The patio and garden can be accessed through large sliding doors from the living area (small step down over lip of door frame).
