On cooler days, take advantage of the living room’s cosy fireplace, as you snuggle down to enjoy a movie marathon or a good book with a steaming cup of cocoa. Children and teenagers will delight in tiptoeing upstairs to the cosy TV room, the perfect refuge for relaxing evenings in.
With five sumptuous bedrooms to choose from, there will be sweet dreams all round. Relax and unwind in the master bedroom located on the first floor, commanding soul-soothing estuary views. Open up the door to the sun terrace and as night falls, you can enjoy an uninterrupted night's sleep as the distant sound of waves lap against the shore.
Downstairs, bedrooms three and four have a zip and link bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for your party. Bringing your au pair along? Bedroom five is ideal, with separate access and an en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom, making it a perfect space for your nanny or cook to enjoy their own retreat.

Accessibility
The parking is on hard standing at the front of the property. There are two steps leading to the main entrance. Once inside the cottage, the living room, conservatory, family bathroom and bedrooms two, three, four and five are located on the ground floor. The kitchen and dining room can be found up a flight of stairs. Bedroom one and the second living room can be found up a separate set of stairs. There are steps from the sun terrace down into the garden.
