Here, you are perfectly positioned to explore one of the country's most breathtaking stretches of coastline. The hidden gem of Greenaway Beach is just a five-minute stroll away. Polzeath and Daymer Bay are also within easy reach along the South West Coast Path. On rainy days, spend hours hunkered down in the cosy games room, where a vast TV and a pool table provides entertainment for all the family. Hop across to St Moritz Hotel for a heavenly massage at the Cowshed Spa or a cocktail or two at the bar.
Inside, sprawling living spaces sit beneath high vaulted ceilings. A long dining table surrounded by triple aspect, floor to ceiling glass, provides an elegant space for holiday suppers. Fold back the doors to the front garden and back terrace and enjoy the very best of al fresco living. After a stomp to the top of Brea Hill, the sumptuous sofas beckon and a crackling log burner provides a toasty refuge to warm toes. The chefs amongst the group will delight in the well-equipped kitchen with plenty of space to prepare holiday picnics and tantalising suppers.
Five blissful bedrooms welcome sleepy souls after a long day of coastal adventures. The spacious master bedroom sits under sloped ceilings and light pours through the large window, positioned to catch the warmth of the sun. French doors lead to a balcony; the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a sundowner with a view across the estuary. A fifth bedroom on the ground floor, provides the perfect space for those in the group generally first or last to bed!
Outside, a Mediterranean inspired terrace frames the turquoise waters of the heated swimming pool. Relax around the pool by day and enjoy evenings of entertainment under the clear night's sky. Here, Pentire Point and The Mouls island provide your coastal backdrop. The pool is cocooned by a generous lawn. The upper patio and a stretch of soft green grass is securely fenced for little ones and canines to play safely.

- Bedroom four has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe, TV, chair, Juliet balcony with sea views and en-suite with rainfall shower with attachment, hand basin and WC.
- Bedroom five (lower ground floor) has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room with rainfall shower and attachment, hand basin and WC.

Accessibility
There is parking on hard standing (on a steep slope) directly outside the property. The third parking space at the top of the drive involves blocking in the cars in the other two parking spaces. There are steps up to the main entrance. On the lower ground floor there is one step down from the hallway into the utility room. There is a door lip on the doors between the TV/games room and the patio. There are steps at the side of the property up to the back garden and then down to the pool area.
