Enter to a calming coastal oasis of fresh white walls and an abundance of natural daylight. The beauty of the luxurious open plan social spaces is only exceeded by the panoramic views of the wild coastline, stretching from Stepper Point to Pentire Head. Throw open the doors to the garden and drink in the view, uninterrupted as the expansive lawn melts into blue hues of the Atlantic Ocean.
Seagull is a place to revive and reconnect. Start the day with a yoga session in the dedicated relaxation space, then scramble down the beaten path leading to the sugar sands of Greenaway Beach. From here the South West Coast Path invites you to explore further, meandering towards the calm estuary waters of Daymer Bay in one direction and the vibrant village of Polzeath in the other.
After a day of coastal adventures, prepare a holiday feast in the spacious kitchen, before gathering around the firepit to toast marshmallows and share tales of the day gone by. As night falls, sink into the plush sofas beside the crackling log burner in the lounge, or settle into the TV room for a movie night with a bowl of popcorn in hand.
Each of Seagull's six blissful bedrooms provide a night-time sanctuary, where the sound of waves crashing against the headland lulls you to sleep. Wake to the shimmering ocean and enjoy morning coffee, propped up on a mountain of pillows and sumptuous fresh linens. Tiptoe across to the elegant en-suite where the freestanding bathtub, bathed in soft light, invites you to luxuriate.

- Bedroom one (master) has a super-king bed, two built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, chair, sea views and an en-suite with bath, rainfall shower with attachment, hand basin and WC.
- Bedroom two has twin beds, chest of drawers, hanging hooks and sea views.
- Bedroom three has a super-king bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail, chair and sea views.
- Bedroom four has bunk beds, shelves, chair and estuary views.
- Bedroom five has a super-king bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail and en-suite with walk-in shower, hand basin and WC.
- Bedroom six has a double bed, chest of drawers, hanging hooks and chair.

- Well equipped kitchen with Aga, full height fridge, Fisher and Paykel dishdrawer, Quooker tap, toaster, breakfast bar, pantry, Nespresso coffee machine (please bring Nespresso Original capsules).
- TV room with Smart TV, Sonos surround sound, yoga mat, yoga blocks and weighted ball.
- Utility room with washing machine, tumble drier, sink, iron, ironing board, airer, full height freezer, separate fridge and walk-in shower.
- Wet room with two showers, wetsuit drying rail, two wooden drying racks, sink and door to outside.
- First floor family bathroom with bath with shower attachment, hand basin and WC.

Accessibility
The road to Seagull is bumpy and uneven, please drive carefully. Parking is directly in front of Seagull on gravel. Enter through the utility room, where you will find the open plan kitchen, living area, second living room, TV room and WC. On the first floor discover all six bedrooms, the family bathroom and a separate shower room. There are steps from the outside patio down to the lawn.
