Nestled just off Daymer Lane, Skylarks is a beautiful spacious home with mature gardens sweeping down towards golden sand and calm estuary waters. Here you are just a short amble away from the beach which is accessed through the garden gate and down a private lane.

The outside spaces at Skylarks are what dreams are made of. Lounge on the sunny deck with a cold drink in hand or gather around the dining table for a holiday meal together under the shelter of the beautiful grape vines. The large garden is the perfect playground for children who can enjoy games under the shelter of the mature trees.

The sunny lounge has plenty of space for the whole family. In summer months, throw open the doors to the sun terrace and let the soft sea breeze blow in, and in winter, warm toes in front of a roaring fire.

The large kitchen provides all the space you need for holiday cooking and comes complete with a breakfast bar, the ideal spot for morning coffee. A dining room looks over the sun terrace and out across the garden perfect for days where al fresco dining isn't an option.

The two double bedrooms on the first floor boast full length glass windows maximising the dreamy views. Choose bedroom two and enjoy your very own private balcony. Here you can enjoy sundowners before tumbling into the sheets, falling asleep to the sound of waves lapping against the shore in the distance.

  • Bedroom two has twin beds, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and an arm chair.
  • Bedroom three has a super-king zip and link bed, hanging rail in corridor and access to large private balcony with table and chairs and sea views.
  • Bedroom four has bunk beds and a single bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers.
  • Bedroom five has a super-king zip and link bed, built-in wardrobe, sofa and access to the sun terrace.

  • Well equipped kitchen with bar seating, oven and hob, dishwasher, two fridges, microwave, toaster and kettle.
  • Utility room with sink, washing machine, tumble drier, freezer and iron and ironing board.
  • TV and DVD player.
  • CD player and speaker with Bluetooth.
  • Selection of books, DVDs and games.
  • Central heating.
  • Open fire (logs provided).
  • Family bathroom with bath, shower, sink and WC.
  • Two shower rooms on first floor with sink and WC.

  • Travel cot (measurements 105cm long x 65cm wide (linen not supplied) and high chair (available on request).

Accessibility


Skylarks is approached by a somewhat uneven, private road with speed bumps. Driving slowly is essential. The driveway to the property is on a gravel slope with room for three cars and a further two on the grass. A path leads down to two entrance doors (both with two steps). The back of the property is accessed by a narrow path to the right of the property. This is too narrow for wheelchair access. The ground floor includes the social spaces, bunk room, double bedroom and family bathroom.
