The kitchen leads to an open-plan dining and living area. A log burner faces a vast grey sofa; the ideal spot for a cosy evening in. Full-length doors create a light and airy feel and open out to the garden. A long dining table with soft, high backed chairs creates the perfect place for dinner parties and family meals. 1 The Sands has four beautiful bedrooms. Each has soft grey carpets and crisp white walls. The spacious master bedroom has romantic wooden furniture and a large white feather feature light creating a dreamy atmosphere. A full length, angled feature window allows plenty of daylight to stream through.
To the front of 1 The Sands is a patio with comfy rattan furniture and a small lawn bordered by lavender and grasses. To the back you will find a terrace and lawn leading to a flowerbed with pretty pink blooms. After a day at the beach you can recline on the wicker furniture and light the barbecue for a spot of al fresco dining. The garden is private and sheltered with mature trees to one side and a wooden fence surrounding the perimeter. This creates a safe place for your little ones to play in.

Accessibility
There is parking on hard standing directly outside 1 The Sands. To enter the property there is a raised doorway edge. On the entrance level there is a shower room with WC and a few steps down lead to the living room, dining room and kitchen. To access the snug from the kitchen there a few more steps. All bedrooms and bathrooms are found on the first floor.
