The three beautifully styled bedrooms are designed with rest and rejuvenation in mind. In the master bedroom and bedroom two, mornings are made magical as you sip coffee, propped up on plush pillows, gazing out at surfers carving through the waves. Thoughtful touches, soft linens and seaside inspiration ensure every night is as restful as the day is invigorating.
At the heart of the home lies the stunning kitchen and dining area, where romantic antique pine meets sleek stainless steel. Flooded with light from floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors, this inviting space seamlessly flows into the garden, perfect for bringing everyone together. Outside, the elevated sun terrace is ideal for soaking up the Cornish sunshine, while the expansive lawn is the perfect playground for children. Here, enjoy al fresco dinners, basking in the Cornish sunshine and relaxing with a cold tipple in hand.

- Bedroom one (master) has a super-king bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair, Juliette balcony, sea views and en-suite with rainfall shower with attachment, hand basin and WC.
- Bedroom two has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe, two chairs, bi-fold doors to outside and sea glimpses.
- Bedroom three has twin beds (zip and link to make super-king), built-in wardrobe and antique pine dresser.
Inside
- Well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, electric range cooker, induction hob, double fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, wine fridge, kettle, toaster and Nespresso Magimix coffee machine (please bring 'original' capsules).
- Two Smart TVs, Bose Bluetooth speaker.
- Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and hanging space for coats and boots.
- Ground floor shower room with rainfall shower with attachment, hand basin and WC.

Accessibility
A large gravel parking area is located right alongside the front door to Chy An Ros. A ramp leads up to the door. On the ground floor is the open plan kitchen, living and dining area, bedroom three, utility room and shower room. The patio can be accessed via the large bi-fold doors in the kitchen or via bedroom three. There are three steps down to the lawn. The main living area, family bathroom and bedrooms one and two can be found on the first floor.
