The outside dining table provides a second option when the weather is just perfect for a spot of al fresco dining.
After a little holiday indulgence, the plush corner sofa will be most welcoming indeed. There will be no arguing over the remote as teenagers can retreat to the TV room downstairs where a handy kitchenette provides a place for hot chocolate making and drink chilling. Three vibrant sofas nestled around a large flat screen TV, provide the ultimate setting for a movie marathon.
The muted colour palette of the dreamy bedrooms coupled with ocean views from three, ensures sweet dreams all round. Clean lines and coastal cladding, sumptuous velvet headboards and crisp white sheets are the perfect combination in the double and twin bedrooms. A nautical style bunk room with a playful porthole will go down a treat with little ones.
After a day in the surf, wash away the sea and sand in the spa-like shower room and fling wetsuits up to dry in the adjacent drying room. The underfloor heating and sleek gas fire will ensure toasty toes all round. As dusk falls, the hot tub will be calling and here you can relax and unwind after a day of coastal adventures.

- Bedroom three has a king-sized bed, built-in wardrobe, access to the balcony, sea views and en-suite with rainfall shower, sink and WC.
- Bedroom four has a king-sized bed, built-in wardrobe and TV.
- Bedroom five has two sets of bunk beds and a built-in wardrobe.

Accessibility
There is gated parking at the front of the property on hard standing. There is an outdoor staircase from the parking area to the first-floor balcony. To the back of the property there are two parking spaces on hard standing with four steps down to the back door. There is a small door lip on both the front and back doors.
