Description
Furze House occupies a much sought-after position above Polzeath Beach. With the brown sugar sands just a hop, skip and a jump away, family coastal adventures will be a breeze. Inside, light and bright beach house interiors create an inviting holiday ambience. Take in the uninterrupted sea views from almost every room.
An expansive lawn dotted with bluebells in the spring stretches down from the house to a Cornish stone wall. Here, a wooden gate opens onto the South West Coast Path which winds down to the beach. Wooden steps lead down the centre of the garden, making it easy to come and go. A large sun deck wraps around the front of the house, providing the perfect spot for al fresco dining.
Upstairs, a balcony provides yet another breathtaking vantage point across the ocean towards Stepper Point. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves in the spacious master bedroom complete with heavenly ensuite. Pad across the soft carpet and discover the breathtaking copper bathtub. Here, sink in amongst the bubbles and unwind after an invigorating day amongst the waves.

- Bedroom three has a twin beds (a single and trundle bed), fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.
- Bedroom four has a single bed and sea views.
- Bedroom five has a king-sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and sea views.
- Bedroom six has a super-king bed, wardrobe, sea views, cot and en-suite shower room with hand basin and WC.

- Well-equipped kitchen with Rangemaster double oven, electric hob, grill, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and Sage coffee machine (please bring ground coffee).

Accessibility
There is parking on hard standing alongside the main entrance to the house and six steps down to the front door. There is also wheelchair access via a sloping path to the front door. Inside, there is a step down from the kitchen into the conservatory. There are two steps down from the conservatory to the sun terrace. Bedrooms five and six are located on the ground floor. There are wooden steps down through the garden leading to the gate that opens onto the South West Coast Path. Bedrooms one, two, three and four are located on the first floor.
