Harlyn is the third property in the development and south-west facing, allowing you to make the most of the Cornish sunshine. Finished to a high standard, and with all the mod cons, this stylish retreat makes holiday life a breeze.
Inside, the open plan kitchen and living area exudes coastal charm. Beautifully modern interiors laced with coastal colours, combine with warm wooden floors that flow throughout. The delightfully sociable living spaces are flooded with natural daylight from full-length bi-fold windows that open out onto the sun terrace. In the kitchen, a large island provides a chic dining area, perfect for lazy breakfasts.
With three sumptuous bedrooms to choose from, there will be sweet dreams all round. Relax and unwind in the master bedroom. Open up the door to the sun terrace and let the soft sea breeze flow in. Keep it open overnight if you want to see the stars. The second bedroom has a zip and link bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for your party.
The third bedroom provides the perfect den for children, with a set of bunk beds (a single on top and double on the bottom). The beds fit small adults too, if you need the extra capacity for your guests. A family bathroom is conveniently close to all three bedrooms. Here you can sink into the bubbles and enjoy a rejuvenating soak.
To the side of the property is a sheltered sun terrace. When you're not on the beach, relax here and soak up the Cornish sunshine. As evening falls, fire up the impressive masonry barbecue at the back of the property and enjoy a spot of al fresco dining.

- Bedroom one (master) has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, patio doors to the sun deck and an en-suite shower room with double hand basins, shower and WC.
- Bedroom two has a super-king zip and link bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers.
- Bedroom three has a double bed with single bunk bed above, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. (Please note, from 2025 the bunk bed will be replaced with a double bed).
Inside
- Well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, Neff appliances including single oven, venting hob, induction, microwave, dishwasher, condenser washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave and Vertuo coffee machine (please bring Vertuo capsules).
- Open plan living room with two, three-seater sofas, Smart TV and bi-fold doors to the sun deck.

Accessibility
