Description
Perfectly positioned above the beach and the beginning of the South West Coast Path, Pendeenah is the ideal starting point for your next coastal adventure with no need for a car. Simply follow the footpath which runs past the gate to reach the start of the coast path.
Upstairs, slide open the floor to ceiling windows and let the sound of the ocean lull you into relaxation, as you prepare dinner with a chilled glass of wine in hand. Take advantage of warm summer evenings by dining al fresco on the large terrace, boasting far-reaching views over Polzeath’s renowned surf. Alternatively, enjoy a breeze-free supper around the rustic dining table, illuminated by the warm glow of a driftwood feature light. Children will delight in the cosy snug, equipped with books, games and Smart TV; the perfect spot for a rainy day.
Downstairs, expect exquisitely-designed interiors, embellished with plush fabrics and playful, nautical nods. Little ones can rock-climb their way to bed in the whimsical children’s bedroom, while grown ups can look forward to soaking in the lavish, oversized bathtub. Step outside into the garden, where a lush green lawn awaits, accompanied by a convenient outdoor shower and additional seating.
What’s more, all of Polzeath's amenities are within easy reach, with the main street just a short walk down the hill. Don’t fancy cooking? A leisurely stroll up the hill will lead you to The Oyster Catcher, where you can indulge in foodie-delights and award-winning drinks (no taxi necessary!).

- Bedroom one (master) has a super-king bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail, chair, access to the garden via patio doors and an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
- Bedroom two has a super-king bed and en-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom three has a super-king bed.
- Bedroom four has super-king zip and link beds.
- Bedroom five has bunk beds and an additional cabin bed with ladder. The bunk beds will be made up as standard, but the cabin bed can be made up on request.

- Well-equipped kitchen with American-style fridge freezer with ice maker, oven, microwave, Induction hob, toaster, kettle, two sinks, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine (please bring capsules).
