Accessibility
The allocated parking space is on hard standing opposite the entrance to Polzeath Court. The property is accessed through the shared front door to Polzeath Court and along a short corridor to the apartment's front door. Penhwedhi is a ground floor apartment with no stairs. To access the shared garden from the living area there is a step down.
