Inside, the home is flooded with light. With its vaulted ceilings, the living area feels both expansive and intimate, inviting you to unwind after a day of adventure. The sleek, modern kitchen is a culinary haven, while the spacious dining area is perfect for family meals or entertaining guests. At the back, the large lawn extends the living space outdoors, offering the perfect setting for al fresco dining or simply enjoying the fresh sea air.
Downstairs, the bedrooms continue the theme of tranquillity and comfort, all with crisp linens and homely nods. For children, the bunk room adds an element of adventure, with the daily choice of top or bottom bunk. The snug room, filled with toys and a TV, provides the perfect retreat for younger guests to unwind after a day of exploration.

For those seeking additional privacy, the separate annexe offers a quiet escape, complete with its own bathroom, perfect for extended families or guests who prefer their own space.

- Bedroom one (master) has a super-king bed, chest of drawers, hanging hooks, TV and en-suite with freestanding bath, rainfall shower with attachment, hand basin and WC.
- Bedroom two has a king-sized bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail, TV, sea views and en-suite with rainfall shower, hand basin and WC.
- Bedroom three has a single bed and bunk beds, wardrobe, dressing table and desk.
- Bedroom four has twin beds, chest of drawers, desk and sofa.
- Bedroom five (located in the annexe) has a king-sized bed and en-suite with rainfall shower, hand basin and WC.
Inside
- Well equipped kitchen with double oven and grill, induction hob, full height fridge-freezer, drinks fridge, two dishwashers, kettle toaster and built-in Neff coffee machine (please bring coffee beans).
- Log burner (starter pack of logs provided).
- Snug with Smart TV, children's toys, bean bags and doors to the garden.
- Utility room with washing machine, tumble drier, sink, iron, ironing board, airer and wetsuit hanging rail.
- Ground floor family bathroom with freestanding bath, rainfall shower, double basin and WC.
- First floor WC.
- Travel cot (linen not supplied), stairgate and highchair (available on request).

Accessibility
Parking is available on a hard-standing area at the front of the property. Inside, bedrooms one, three, and four are located on the ground floor, along with the utility room and family bathroom. The kitchen, dining room, living room, snug and bedroom two are situated on the first floor. There is a single step from the living room leading down into the garden. Bedroom five is located in the annexe, directly opposite the front door of the main house, with one step leading into the annexe.
