Description
This small but perfectly formed studio offers everything a couple or solo traveller would need for a memorable North Cornish adventure. A crackling log burner and access to the heated swimming pool and hot tub combine to create a luxurious base to come home to after a day on the sand and in the surf.
Accessed by a picturesque Cornish lane, The Tractor Shed lies on the edge of the Mesmear Estate alongside lush green fields. Inside its cob stone walls, rustic wooden beams frame the high vaulted ceiling and large slate flagstones are warm underfoot. Fresh white walls are complemented with accents of rich raspberry.
The open plan layout means everything you need is at your fingertips. Holiday meal preparation will be a breeze in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a stylish Belfast sink. Sip your morning coffee and prepare a picnic to be enjoyed amongst the sea thrift on the nearby coastal path. When the day's dose of fresh sea air makes you weary, enjoy cosy evenings beside the fire with your favourite movie.
Two frosted glass doors either side of the king-sized bed lead to a delightfully luxurious bathroom. The large walk-in shower complete with jets will ensure you feel vitalised and ready for the day.
Outside, a soft lawn wraps around to a sheltered seating area which provides the perfect spot for soaking up the sunshine and dining al fresco. Start your days with laps of the heated swimming pool and on clear starry nights, head to the hot tub.
The Tractor Shed can be let in conjunction with The Barn, a two bedroom property next-door.

- Seven-seater hot tub, outdoor heated swimming pool with sun loungers, parasols, swimming aids and inflatables. (In 2025 they will be available from 24th May until 27th September)

Accessibility
Parking is on gravel alongside the property. There are two steps down to access the front door (double French doors). There is one step up to the front door and a door lip. The Tractor Shed is all on one floor.
