Trevone is located at the edge of the development, closest to the beach and is south-west facing, allowing you to make the most of the Cornish sunshine. Finished to a high standard, and with all the mod cons, this charming retreat makes holiday life a breeze.
Inside, daylight floods into the open-plan living area. The stylish, clean-lined kitchen has everything you need to make yourself at home including a sleek breakfast bar for your morning coffee. Squishy sofas in coastal tones provide the ideal setting for cosy evenings in and create the perfect backdrop for holiday board games. Throw open the large bi-fold doors to the sun deck where the family can spread out and enjoy inside-outside living at its best. With an outdoor heated shower, you’ll be nice and toasty after a morning surf session.
Head down the corridor and choose from one of three blissful bedrooms beautifully finished with coastal flourishes. The light and airy master bedroom opens out onto the sheltered sun terrace and boasts a spa-like en-suite with twin hand basins and rainfall shower. Pad across the corridor to the second bedroom featuring twin beds which can be zip and linked to make a super-king.
The bunk room next door offers a haven for children who will delight in choosing either the double bed below or the single bunk on top. After a day of coastal adventures, unwind with some post-beach pampering in the family bathroom and tumble into sumptuous linens for a good night’s sleep.

- Bedroom one (master) has double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, patio doors to the sun deck and an en-suite shower room with double hand basins, shower and WC.
- Bedroom two has a super-king zip and link bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers.
- Bedroom three has a double bed with single bunk bed above, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. (Please note, from 2025 the bunk bed will be replaced with a double bed).

- Well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, Neff appliances including single oven, venting hob, induction, microwave, dishwasher, condenser washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave and Vertuo coffee machine (please bring Vertuo capsules).
- Open plan living room with two, three-seater sofas, Smart TV and bi-fold doors to the sun deck.
- Family bathroom with bath, shower, double hand basins and WC.
- Underfloor heating via air source heat pump.
- Highchair and travel cot (measurements 105cm long x 65cm wide (linen not supplied)) (available on request).

Accessibility
There is parking outside Trevone on hard standing. There is one step up to the decking to enter the property. Inside, all the spaces are on one level with no stairs.
