Parking for 20 Slipway is at the rear of the property on hard standing. There is a small step into the property through the back door. On the ground floor there is the master bedroom with en-suite, bedroom three, a utility room and WC. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is found on the first floor alongside two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. To access the front door there are several steps.
