Located down a quiet lane away from the hustle and bustle of central Rock, you can enjoy quality rest and relaxation. At the same time, you are only moments away from all that Rock has to offer on foot.
The house has a spacious lounge with vast and comfy sofas, perfect for sinking into after a busy day exploring the area. Curl up and enjoy a book as the logs crackle in the wood burner, or sit out on the balcony that spans the front of the property. The colourful, open plan kitchen/diner is well equipped with everything you could need for some home cooking. Double glass doors open up from the dining room to the garden for easy access and al fresco dining. After a fun session in the surf, come home, jump in the hot tub and let the bubbles revitalize you.
On the ground floor there are three beautiful bedrooms and a family bathroom. These include a colourful twin and a single bedroom that benefits from full-length glass doors opening up to the back garden. At the end of the hallway is a spacious and elegant double bedroom with soothing lilac and beige tones.
Up a flight of stairs you'll find two softy carpeted bedrooms. The nautical-style twin room has bold red, blue and white decor and sloped ceilings that make it the perfect children's hideaway. Opposite is the large master bedroom which is romantically styled with calming pinks, creams and beiges. The unusual sloped ceilings and soft lighting make it a tranquil room to spend time in.
Fifty Little Trelyn has fantastic outdoor spaces. To the front is a large balcony with a table and chairs to sit with a coffee and read the paper. The back garden has a bubbling hot tub, large patio, lawn and undercover dining area, ideal for an evening barbecue. Carefully planted beds sit above the garden, providing both shelter and privacy.
Bedrooms
- Bedroom one (master) has a king-size bed, dressing room, large built-in wardrobe and cupboards, chest of drawers and armchair. The beautifully tiled en-suite has a bath, shower and WC and can be accessed from both sides of the bedroom for total convenience.
- Bedroom two has twin beds, skylights and built-in cupboards.
- Bedroom three is a twin room (zip and link bed to be made into a super-king).
- Bedroom four has a single bed with a truckle bed underneath and garden access. The truckle bed can be made up on request, please request at time of booking.
- Bedroom five has a king size bed, built-in wardrobe and en-suite with bath, overhead shower and WC.
Inside
- Well-equipped kitchen with gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and doors to the back garden.

- Downstairs family bathroom with bath, overhead shower and WC.

- Hot tub (optional extra charged at £250 per week). Please note that the hot tub is drained and refilled on every changeover, so the water will take at least 24 hours to get up to the correct temperature.

Accessibility
This modern home is arranged over three levels. Parking is directly outside the property. Steps lead to the ground floor which has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom including a bath with overhead shower, a twin room, a single room and the family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. From the dining room there is a small raised doorway edge leading to the back patio and garden. The two remaning bedrooms are located on the first floor.
