The large lounge is softly carpeted, with plush cream sofas to sink into after a day at the beach. A contemporary log burner provides a cosy atmosphere for evenings in with the family. Steps lead down to the dining area, with full-length glass doors leading to the balcony.
The modern kitchen has all you could possibly need for enjoying home-cooked meals, and the informal bar area is a great spot for a lazy breakfast. A snug/media room next to the dining area is a perfect space for children or teenagers to break away from the group, watch a film, or play games.
On the ground floor you'll find three beautifully decorated bedrooms. Two double bedrooms with en-suites benefit from amazing garden views and lead straight out to the patio. A light and bright bunk room with a pull-out truckle bed provides a fantastic space for children.
The outside area has been beautifully created with a wooden decking area and lawn overlooking pastures – the perfect location for an evening barbecue. Here you can recline on the comfy rattan seating and listen to the sounds of birds in the trees and the stream bubbling past as you enjoy al fresco dining. Fully enclosed and gated, it's also a fun and secure place for children to play.
Hawkers can be let in conjunction with Longships next door. Together they sleep up to 19 guests.
Bedrooms
- Bedroom one (master) has a king-sized bed, dressing area, TV and full-length glass doors opening out to the garden. The en-suite has a bath with shower overhead and WC.
- Bedroom two has a king-sized bed and full-length glass doors opening out to the garden. The en-suite has a shower and WC.
- Bedroom three has bunk beds with a truckle bed underneath to accommodate a third person and an ensuite with shower and WC. The truckle bed can be made up on request.
- The upstairs snug room has a sofa bed, which can sleep two extra people. It also has a large flat-screen smart HD TV with PlayStation, games and Apple TV. The sofa bed can be made up on request.

Accessibility
This contemporary property has a step up to the front entrance. With an upside down design the en suite bunk room and WC are on the entrance level. The two remaining en suite bedrooms are down a few steps. All living space and the snug room with sofa bed are found on the first floor.
