On days where the white rollers of Polzeath call, you can return from an exhilarating surf session and make the most of your very own surf store. Wetsuits can dry and boards can be safely stored away ready for the next adventure on or in the water. This is also the perfect place to store bikes, and an electric point enables electric bikes to be charged ready to take you down, and more importantly back up, the Rock Road!
Inside, daylight floods through the large, feature window, creating a warm and restful ambience across the open plan social spaces. Crisp white walls paired with powder greys and blues, reflect the coastal surroundings. Vibrant modular seating provides a welcome refuge for tired legs after a stomp along the South West Coastal Path. Here, you can put your feet up and enjoy a spot of holiday reading or curl up and watch a family favourite movie.
A stylish kitchen sits alongside a circular dining table. Here, you can make yourself at home and start the day with a pot of coffee at the sleek breakfast bar and plan the day's adventures. With a fantastic array of independent shops within walking distance, you can pick up everything you need for indulgent holiday feasts. On sunny days, throw open the doors to the balmy sun deck and enjoy the best of inside outside living, and in winter, underfloor heating is sure to keep toes toasty.
As night falls, three blissful bedrooms provide the setting for an uninterrupted night's slumber. The master bedroom boasts a spa-like en-suite with a rainfall shower and double doors leading out to the garden. Accessibility
There is parking on hard standing to the front of the property. There is one step up to all external doors. Inside, everything is on one level with no steps. The outbuilding is accessed via a gravel pathway with wooden stepping-stones. There is one large step from the sun deck to the lawn.
