As you approach, a sweeping gravel driveway draws you in, with coastal greenery framing the entrance to this hidden gem. Step inside, where warm, honey-toned wooden floors lead you through the house, setting the scene for a restful stay. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, perfect for preparing everything from lazy breakfasts to evening feasts.
Flowing seamlessly from the kitchen is the open-plan dining and living space; spacious and light-filled, with large windows and bi-fold doors inviting the outdoors in. With pops of vibrant poppy-red woven into the décor, the large sofas offer the perfect spot to curl up with a good book and enjoy a film with family.
On sunny days, throw open the doors to the terrace and let the gentle coastal breeze drift through. Outside, the large patio is the heart of the outdoor living space. Whether you're soaking up the sunshine on the sun loungers or gathered around the Cornish stone seating area, you’ll be able to take in the peaceful surroundings. When eyelids grow heavy, you’ll find four beautifully styled bedrooms, each one designed for a restful night’s sleep. The master suite offers a peaceful sanctuary, complete with a contemporary en-suite bathroom and full-length glass doors that open directly onto the patio, allowing you to wake up to the fresh air. The second and fourth bedrooms, each thoughtfully decorated with coastal accents are conveniently located near the spa-like family bathroom. The third bedroom, tucked away in its own private wing of the house, benefits from direct access to a shower room, offering a little extra privacy and comfort.

Please note that the hot tub is drained and refilled on every changeover, so the water will take at least 24 hours to get up to the correct temperature.

Accessibility
Parking for Penolver Lodge is directly outside the property on a gravel surface. There is one step from the parking area into the bungalow. There is a small threshold between bedroom three and the wet room. Access to the garden is down two steps from the dining room, or via two steps from the master bedroom. The garden is spread across two levels.
