Sea Willow is the perfect coastal bolthole for friends and families who want to enjoy all that Rock and the surrounding area have to offer. Recently refurbished, this charming property has a stylish yet warm and homely atmosphere.
Inside, discover a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The light and modern kitchen has all you could possibly need for enjoying home cooked meals. Settle down and indulge in a lazy breakfast at the breakfast bar or head to the main dining table and enjoy views across the garden as you eat together. In summer, throw open the doors to the patio and take in the atmosphere outside.
A cosy living area positioned beside the kitchen, provides the perfect space for children or teenagers to break away from the group, watch a film or play games. In the evenings, gather the family and unwind in the TV room at the front of the property. Curl up on the sofa with a good book and relax after a busy day with views across the front garden.
After a day on the beach or in the water, the sheltered rear garden provides the perfect spot to soak up the Cornish sunshine. Here you can recline on the comfy rattan seating and listen to the sound of the birds in the palm tree above. Fully enclosed and gated, it’s also a fun and secure place for children to play.
As eyelids grow heavy, retreat to one of the four softly carpeted bedrooms. Each is comfortable and decorated in calming tones and lovely wooden furniture. The family bathroom is conveniently close to all four bedrooms. A large bathtub takes centre stage and provides the ideal place to soak and wash away the salt and sand from your coastal adventures.

- Bedroom one (master) has a king-sized bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail and chair.
- Bedroom two has twin beds, hanging hooks and shelves.
- Bedroom three has twin beds (can be zipped together to create a king), chest of drawers and hanging rail.
- Bedroom four has single bed. (open upon request)

- Well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and seating, two ovens, induction hob, full height fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Quooker boiler water tap, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother (please bring Nespresso Original capsules).

Accessibility
You can park directly outside Sea Willow on hard standing. There is a gravel path to the front door and two steps to enter the property. All living spaces are located on the ground floor, along with three bedrooms and two shower rooms. There is one step within the open plan kitchen and living area and one step down to the rear garden. The garden is set over two tiers.
