Most of the main rooms open out to the sun terrace, where the grassy lawn drops away gently to the water's edge. A combination of large windows and glass doors really creates a sense of bringing the outside in.
Time spent in the brand new kitchen will be a pleasure. Crisp white units with a contrasting worktop creates a stylish environment for holiday cooking. This spacious room includes a circular dining table, creating the perfect environment for socialising and taking in the breathtaking view of the estuary.
The cosy living room exudes light and warmth. During the day you can leave the glass doors open and sit on the terrace for al fresco dining with an estuary backdrop. When evening comes, sink into the plush sofas and soak in the heat from the log burner.
Newly refurbished, The Orchard has four beautiful bedrooms. A generous ground floor double has glass doors that open out to the garden. Two light and bright twin bedrooms can also be found on the ground floor. Upstairs is the spacious master bedroom, decorated with calming tones in harmony with the house's setting. Here you are treated to stunning views across the lawn and out to the estuary.
The Orchard's outside space can only be described as truly breathtaking. A large, grassy garden spans the front of the house and is bordered by a Cornish stone wall filled with pink flowers. This opens out to the main lawn, which runs all the way down to the water's edge. A shared tennis court and acres of private fields and woodland provide endless hours of fun, exploration and discovery.

For larger groups and wedding parties The Orchard can be rented in conjunction with its neighbouring properties Kate Cottage, The Farmhouse and The Woodshed which are all situated at Cant Farm.

Accessibility
There is parking directly outside The Orchard. Entry to the house is by one step to the front door. On the ground floor there is an open-plan kitchen/dining area leading to a patio with estuary views. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, including two twin rooms next to a family bathroom with shower and bath. There is also a double room with an en-suite, which includes a bath and shower. This bedroom has direct access to the garden. The lounge is accessed down three steps with a handrail on the side. From the lounge there is also access to the patio and garden.
