Finished in crisp white and framed by mature trees, Trethwaite offers plentiful parking allowing you and your family to come and go with ease. A Cornish palm sways in the breeze and the sweet smell of lavender hangs in the air as you enter Trethwaite through its double arches.
A sleek kitchen provides everything you need for a spot of holiday cooking which can be enjoyed together around the dining table overlooking the beach. Why not pick up some Porthilly mussels which you can enjoy just above the spot where they were farmed?
You won't be short of spaces to relax with a cosy dining room and spacious lounge where sun streams through the porthole window. This opens up to a sunroom where you can put up your feet after a day exploring the South West Coast Path and bask in the warm ambience.
On summer days, throw open the doors to the sundeck and breathe in the fresh salted air. Take in the panoramic views of the Cornish countryside, across the bay and towards the pretty church of St Michaels. Steps from the sun deck lead down to a soft lawn that wraps around Trethwaite.
Discover four blissful bedrooms at Trethwaite. Two of the bedrooms boast breathtaking views across the estuary. The large bedroom to the back of the property has a stylish en-suite and a further small but perfectly formed double bedroom is ideal for children.

- Bedroom one (master) has a super king bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair, TV and estuary views.
- Bedroom two has twin beds, wardrobe and estuary views.
- Bedroom three has twin beds that can be zipped together to make a king-sized bed, built-in wardrobe, chair and en-suite shower room.
- Bedroom four has a small double bed, hanging rail and small chest of drawers.

- Well equipped kitchen with double oven, warming drawer, integrated microwave, larder style fridge-freezer with water dispenser, separate drinks fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (please bring capsules), toaster and kettle.
- Utility room with sink, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, ceiling drying rack and access to outside.
- Large flat screen TV and DVD player with Sonos surround sound.
- Electric radiators.

Accessibility
Parking is on hard standing sloping down to the front door. There is a small step up to a paved area directly in front of the door and one step to the front door. All rooms are on one level except bedrooms three and four and the family bathroom which are accessed via five steps. There is a small step to access the balcony from either the dining room or the sunroom. There are steps leading down along the side of the house to the garden.
