Nestled in central Rock, Little Moiety boasts acres of space and all the modern luxuries (including a glass circular lift), five bedrooms (sleeping up to 16 guests) and four-legged friends are welcome too.

Every corner of Little Moiety is Instagram worthy and provides a stylish backdrop for getting glammed up and having a pre-drink or two. Head up the spiral staircase to the top floor for your evening soiree.
Cocktail hour
As you're located just off the Rock Road, head across to Fees deli or any of the other fantastic independent shops to pick up some local tipples and garnishes for your holiday cocktails. Take a seat on the stylish breakfast bar and create your very own signature cocktail. Or bring in the experts with a mixology masterclass with Sauce.
A chef's kitchen

Little Moiety boasts the largest dining table of all our properties. Sitting sixteen on plush leather chairs, there is room for all your family and friends and feature lighting above creates the ultimate dining atmosphere.
All the social spaces
Boasting some of the largest social spaces of all our properties (both inside and out), guests can enjoy a large TV and games room on the lower ground floor, a vast kitchen and living space with balcony on the second floor and a mezzanine with a table tennis. On fine days, head al fresco to the acres of beautifully planted grounds with tennis courts and amphitheatre-style firepit.
Lazy lie-ins in blissful bedrooms
After one too many tipples, indulge in long luxurious lie-ins in one of five dreamy bedrooms. These interior-designed room boast super-king beds and indulgent linens. Children will love the bunk room and parents can supervise from the comfort of the spacious double bedroom next-door. Spa like en-suites and family bathrooms provide stylish spaces for holiday pampering.
Accommodation for up to 28 guests
Little Moiety can be let in conjunction with Moiety Cross located next-door and sleeping up to 12 guests (sleeping 28 combined). The tennis court and paddocks are shared between guests at both properties.
A week at Little Moiety starts from £2,095 (£19 per person, per night for 16 guests) and a week at Moiety Cross starts from £1,795 (£22 per person, per night). Short breaks are also available outside of the peak season.
