Our key holding and inspection services
If you have a new holiday home that you aren't ready to let or you have a second property that you like to keep for your own use, we also offer a key holding and inspection service.
Our key holding and inspection service includes:
- Holding keys at our office.
- Weekly property inspections to include a visual check of both the interior and exterior of your property.
- Preparation of your property for the colder months or for periods of inactivity as per your instructions.
- Access to our property maintenance team and recommendations for local contractors (to be quoted and invoiced separately to the owner).
- Sourcing and organisation of cleaners, gardeners, private waste collection companies and other third-party suppliers when required for arrivals and departures.
