We want to ensure that you make the most of your stay and are here every step of the way to help.

You've booked your Latitude50 holiday and are looking forward to some quality time in the Cornish countryside.

If you're planning how best to spend your holiday time, please get in touch with us and we will be more than happy to share our local knowledge. Our team are passionate about the area and are always bursting with recommendations (you'll find some of our ideas on the Journal pages).

The essentials

We'll provide you with linen and towels, and all beds will be made up before you arrive. All you need to do is remember to pack your beach towels. Directions and access information will be emailed to you, but if you need any further information, please get in touch.

You can check in to your property at 4.00pm on the day of arrival. Our cleaning team and a Property Manager will be there beforehand to ensure everything is ship-shape for you. All of our properties have a key safe, so don't worry if you arrive later in the evening: you can easily get in. Check out is at 9.30am on the day of departure.

If you have any problems at all during your stay, you can call our 24/7 emergency contact number to speak to a friendly voice waiting to help. We're based in Rock so are never far away if you need us.

You will be emailed property information folder as well as directions and access information before your arrival, which includes everything specific to your property as well as useful contact numbers and local information. You'll also find manuals for the various appliances within the property.
