Coming into Rock from Wadebridge on the B3314:

• Take the first left signposted Rock (Keiro Lane)
• Follow this road for roughly one mile
• Once you go into the housing area, bare left with the road until you reach the Pityme Inn
  
• Take the first right hand turning following the sign for the St Moritz Hotel and Daymer Bay
• Then take the second right into the new industrial area
• Follow the road round and take the first left
• Our offices are the far end of the first set of units
• There is parking directly outside the office.

Our nearest main line train station is Bodmin Parkway: around 35 minutes away by taxi. Buses are available from the station, with services to Rock via Wadebridge (one change)

From some UK destinations, you can fly directly into Cornwall Airport Newquay; approximately 30 minutes from Rock by hire car or taxi (both are available at the airport). Alternatively, Exeter International Airport is around an hour and a half away from us by car.
