Occupying an enviable position on Cliff Lane, Furze House sits on the clifftop just seconds from the brown sugar sands and rolling surf at Polzeath Beach.
Head out for a morning swim at the lesser-known Baby Baby, just a two-minute stroll away. Spend long days filled with sandcastles, ice-creams, and rock pooling with the family on Polzeath Beach. Watched over by lifeguards in the main season, Polzeath Beach is a safe place to enjoy the water together. The beautiful beaches of Greenaway, Daymer Bay and Rock are also within walking distance and are well worth a visit.
Walkers, surfers, and wild swimmers will be on cloud nine here. With miles upon miles of the county's most scenic coastal paths, you can look forward to the dizzying heights of Pentire Point and discovering the unique rock formation of The Rumps. Polzeath is famous for its fantastic surf conditions and you can hire everything you need on the beach and choose from a range of superb local surf schools.
You may never want to tear yourself away from the view at Furze House, but the Atlantic Bar and Kitchen may draw you away for a supper with a view (and a local tipple or two). Polzeath's array of restaurants and bars are all within walking distance along the beach or coast path. Sample surf and turf right on the beach at Surfside then head to the Rum Bar for a cocktail or two. Nestled in New Polzeath on the side closest to central Polzeath, here you can come and go with ease and explore the nearby beaches of Rock and Daymer Bay.
