Sitting proudly on Dunders Hill, where the road dips towards Polzeath’s golden sands, Kai-Tak is a striking retreat of glass and light, complete with a sunken jacuzzi, private gym and dreamy Atlantic views.

This stylish sanctuary occupies one of the most sought-after positions in central Polzeath. From here you can enjoy total and utter convenience, allowing you to slip into holiday mode in no time at all.

With Polzeath's vibrant cafés and restaurants all within walking distance from Kai-Tak, you won't have to reach for the car keys. For delicious breakfasts to set you up for the day head to The Waterfront, TJ's Surf Café or the Tubestation, just seconds away. For lunch with a view stroll up to The Cracking Crab that sits above the beach and children and dogs can play in the large, colourful garden.

Foodies will love Surfside right on the beach, where fresh, creative dishes take centre stage. For a local tipple, head to The Waterfront where you can enjoy an al fresco drink on the balcony, perfect for watching the sunset or up to The Oystercatcher pub, popular with locals and visitors alike.

Kai-Tak is the perfect base for coastal exploration. With the South West Coast Path on your doorstep, you will be spoilt for choice for scenic coastal rambles. In one direction you can walk up to the dizzying heights of Pentire Headland and be rewarded with breathtaking views and if you are lucky, spot seals and dolphins along the way. Stroll onto The Rumps, an impressive rock formation and along to the hidden beach of Lundy Bay.

In the other direction you can discover the lesser-known beach of Greenaway, the golden sands of Daymer Bay and the popular estuary village of Rock. Here you can hop on the ferry which will take you across the Camel Estuary to the harbour town of Padstow.
