With miles and miles of the country's most scenic coastal paths to explore, you are bound to get your daily dose of 'Vitamin Sea'. Choose from rugged paths that hug the clifftop to acres of rolling green National Trust fields. Walkers and dog owners will be in their element here. In one direction you can take the coastal path that leads to Daymer Bay alongside St Enodoc Golf Course and onto Rock. In the other direction you can explore the rugged Rumps, the sheltered cove of Port Quin and onto Port Isaac.

You will be spoilt for choice with local days out. The picture perfect village of Rock is just a ten minute drive away. Here you can partake in various water sports or hop on the ferry to Padstow where you can enjoy a mooch around the harbour and treat yourself to some local delicacies. The cobbled streets of Port Isaac are within easy reach. Take in the history of this famous fishing village and have a lazy lunch in one of the traditional pubs or Nathan Outlaw's Fish Kitchen.
