Description
7 Lowenna Manor is a three-storey townhouse, part of the elegant Lowenna Manor collection. Enter from the Rock Road down a sweeping private driveway with mature trees and communal lawns to either side. With two, off-road private parking spaces, you can come and go with ease and explore the best of North Cornwall. However, with every convenience close at hand, you won't have to pick up the car keys if you are after pure rest and relaxation.
Inside, a well-equipped kitchen is separated from the open plan living area with charming wooden swing gates. Natural light floods in through the sash window and glass double doors that lead out to a sunny patio and soft green lawn. Delicate floral creepers spill from the high wooden fences to either side which provide both shelter and privacy. Here, small children and canine companions can play safely whilst the adults prepare a delicious holiday feast.
When eyelids grow heavy after a day of fresh sea air, pad up the staircase and choose from three dreamy bedrooms. On the first floor, discover a pretty double bedroom complete with stylish en-suite shower room. A dressing table sits alongside the large sash window and here you can get ready for the day ahead with views across the garden.
A bunk room offers a cosy refuge for the younger members of the group (just the bottom bunk will be made-up for your stay unless you request both) and sits conveniently alongside the family bathroom. On the stylish second floor you will find a super-king bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. This can be made up as a double or twin, providing flexibility for your party.

- Bedroom one (master) has a super-king bed (can be made as a twin on request), lit vanity area and en-suite with shower, hand basin and WC.
- Bedroom two has bunk beds (best suited to children (the lower bunk bed is made up as standard, the top bunk bed can be made up on request)), two small chests of drawers and a built-in wardrobe.
- Bedroom three has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, dressing table, Smart TV and en-suite with rainfall shower, hand basin and WC.

Accessibility
There are two dedicated parking spaces on hard standing outside the property. The accommodation is spread across three floors. On the ground floor is the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, and WC. Bedrooms one, two and the family bathroom can be found on the first floor, with bedroom three located on the third floor. There is a step up to access all showers within the property and a step down from the living area to the garden.
