Lynam is a rare period property nestled above Porthilly Cove with beautiful original features and generous grounds.

Lynam is situated down a private drive just off the Rock Road and occupies a quiet position above Porthilly Cove.

Nestled within breathtaking grounds overlooking the Camel Estuary, Lynam is just a minute's walk from Porthilly Cove. The popular village of Rock is around the corner and offers a long, golden sandy beach and an array of quality restaurants and shops.

Porthilly Cove occupies a unique position alongside the Camel Estuary. Here you'll find a picture-perfect beach with a bubbling stream, an idyllic waterside church and rolling green fields jutting out into the water. If you eat at the local restaurants, you may well see the Porthilly mussels and oysters that are harvested right on your doorstep. Just look out for the baskets brought in from the estuary harvesting grounds.

If you love the water, you'll find plenty of activities to choose from. Sailing and water skiing lessons are offered at the Rock sailing club, or if you'd like to spot some local wildlife, you can take a sea safari from the pontoon. Polzeath Beach is just a ten-minute drive away for those who would like to try surfing, or you can keep your feet dry with a round of golf at the St Endodoc Golf Club, just a short walk away.

When it comes to refuelling, you'll be spoilt for choice. Paul Ainsworth's pub The Mariners is an easy walk away, as is the The Upper Deck, Four Boys Café and The Dining Room. You can also catch the ferry or water taxi across to Padstow for some fine dining.
