Introducing Shelagh Cottage, an atypical retreat combining innovative interiors with picturesque vistas, just a stone's throw from Rock Beach.

Shelagh Cottage offers both tranquillity and convenience. Situated up a quiet lane just off the Rock Road, you are within walking distance of all that Rock has to offer.

Shelagh Cottage is nestled within a quiet area of Rock, but conveniently close to the main road running through the village. From here, you can enjoy a peaceful break close to the beaches, restaurants and local amenities.

When it comes to beautiful sandy beaches and calm bathing waters, you'll be spoilt for choice. It's just minutes to the secluded Porthilly Cove, while Rock Beach is a gentle stroll away and leads around to Daymer Bay and onto Polzeath. Alternatively, hop in the car and be in the surf at Polzeath Beach in ten minutes.

Shelagh Cottage is perfectly positioned to enjoy the culinary delights of Rock, or those further afield in Padstow via the ferry. The Dining Room is just up the hill and offers a fine dining experience, while down the Rock Road you can discover Paul Ainsworth's pub, The Mariners, or The Upper Deck and Four Boys café. Across the water in Padstow are Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant and Paul Ainsworth's No. 6.

If you want to get out on the water, the Rock Sailing and Water Ski Club is just down the road and offers lessons; or you can take a sea safari from the pontoon and spot local wildlife. At Polzeath, there are a variety of quality surf schools to choose from and great surf conditions. For those who enjoy a round of golf, the St Enodoc Golf Course is within easy walking distance of Shelagh Cottage.
